Welcoming Sam Settleman and Charlie Adams to our team full-time!

Both Sam and Charlie interned with Navigate, making their return a great example of what we hope our internship program can do: give talented early-career professionals meaningful experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow. We are proud that the majority of Navigate’s full-time employees began as interns, including our President, Jeff Nelson.

With backgrounds in sponsorship strategy, valuation, research, and partnership optimization, Sam and Charlie bring valuable experience to the Navigate team. They each work with professional sports teams, brands, universities, and entertainment properties to help clients make smarter sponsorship decisions and maximize revenue.

Before joining Navigate, Sam worked as a sports journalist, contributing to The Athletic, Action Network, and FOX Sports. Charlie spent nearly two years at THE TEAM (formerly Wasserman) working in sponsorship measurement and strategy.
