We’re only in the first quarter of 2021, but already “change” is emerging as a key theme for the year. I don’t know anyone who’s not hopeful for change, especially given what we all experienced in 2020. Yet, one thing remains constant – our seemingly insatiable need for Gen Z knowledge. Every day, I receive at least one email with a report on Gen Z or an invitation to a webinar about Gen Z. We all want to know what Gen Z is doing, what they’re buying, what they’re wearing, who they’re following, and where they got their dance skills.

At Navigate, everything we do is in service to our mission: ‘To provide our clients with clarity and confidence when making their biggest decisions’. For many, this means developing a strategy that creates a roadmap for growth. A key component in developing this roadmap is a deep understanding of Gen Z (and beyond).

We did not want to run “just another Gen Z study” that would clutter your inbox with data you likely have already seen. Instead, we reached out to industry leaders and asked what THEY wanted to know about Gen Z. From there we developed a survey that would address all of these questions (and more). We just finished collecting data and are knee deep in the analysis. We cannot wait to begin sharing the results with you over the next few weeks as you continue to shape and refine your 2021 strategy.

In the meantime, we thought we would give you the opportunity to test YOUR Gen Z knowledge (and get a sneak peek at some of the insights). Not only will you get the sense of self-satisfaction one gets from exercising your brain, but you will also have a chance to win an Amazon gift card.

At Navigate, we love playing ‘two truths and a lie’. I’m sure you’re familiar, but if not, each person is asked to come up with three ‘facts’ about themselves. Two are true and one is not. The rest of the team then offer guesses about which one is the lie. It is a great way to get to know things about your team that may never come up in everyday conversation. Only occasionally are those things you wish you never knew.

Now we would like to invite YOU to play ‘two truths and a lie’, Gen Z style. Click on the button below to be taken to the quiz where you will be shown six sets of three statements each. Within each set, ONE of the statements is a lie. We will shine a spotlight on the Gen Z experts (those who get all 6 questions correct) in a future post where we will also share more of the data. These experts will also be entered into a sweepstakes to win a $50 Amazon gift card. In addition, anyone who participates will be entered into a drawing to win one of four $25 Amazon gift cards. Good luck!
