We are thrilled to welcome Avery Wright to the Navigate team as Consulting & Custom Research Analyst!

In this hybrid role, Avery will operate across both consulting and primary custom research. She will support clients through data-driven strategy, specializing in women’s sports and purpose-led sponsorship analysis to help brands and properties unlock smarter, more authentic partnerships.

Avery’s background bridges sports, public policy, and global research. Before joining Navigate, she consulted on international projects for brands like FIFA, served as a legislative researcher focused on NIL policy, worked in sponsorship activation at two Super Bowls, and has supported Team USA through her roles at both the 2024 and upcoming 2026 Olympic Games. She also served as a U.S. Open Pathways Intern with the USGA and led student consulting and fundraising initiatives as President of Arizona State University’s Sports Business Scholars program, raising over $80,000 in support of student development.

Avery holds a degree in Sports Business and a certificate in International Business from Arizona State University, where she also competed as a Division I rugby player. She recently completed the prestigious Summer Venture in Management Program at Harvard Business School, a selective program focused on leadership and business education.

Outside of the office, Avery is a lifelong learner and passionate traveler who has visited 15 countries in the past 3 years. She solo-backpacked across Europe for 30 days and finds joy in exploring new places with friends and family. She’s a passionate fan of both American and European football, a former basketball player, and a budding pickleballer (thanks to her dad).
