Excited to welcome Rachel Bernardo to the Navigate team as our new Marketing and Sales Coordinator!

Rachel is a Texan by heart, having grown up in College Station for the majority of her life. She joins Navigate full-time after getting her start with the team as an intern last summer. Most recently she worked in ticket operations at Orlando City SC, and also served as a key contributor to The Institute for Diversity in Sport’s annual Racial and Gender Report Card publications, which analyzes the hiring practices of professional leagues across our industry. Prior to Navigate, Rachel was an accomplished cross country and track student-athlete at Texas A&M University, where she was a nominee for the prestigious NCAA Woman of the Year honor. During her time at Texas A&M, she served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and led the development of Texas A&M Athletics’ student-athlete orientation program, Traditions Night.

Beyond serving as the self-proclaimed Gen Z voice of Navigate, Rachel enjoys spending her time reading and running (but not at the same time of course). Unbeknownst to many, Rachel is an avid Yelper who enjoys finding the next best coffee or meal in whatever city she’s in. Don’t be shy to reach out with recommendations!
