- Whether to align with other teams in the market, and if so, which would be the ideal combination
- Whether to commit its inventory to a linear network or OTT, or some hybrid combination
- Whether to create its own linear and/or OTT network
Navigate conducted in-depth market research and provided recommendations on each of the above questions, as well as a price-demand elasticity analysis that helped the Cubs project potential revenue across various scenarios. The data and recommendations were used to guide them in building a financially beneficial strategy.
