The Ohio State University wanted to understand the financial impact of outsourcing their media rights to a third-party sports agency. Navigate conducted a media rights appraisal, as well as a contract projection for a possible media rights deal with a third party. Additionally, we provided RFP assistance for the search for a media rights agency.


Navigate helped OSU secure a 10-year, $110M deal with IMG College in 2009 making it the richest annual rights fee at the time and almost double what the school was securing from in-house sales.
