The Philadelphia Eagles hired Navigate to support its renewal discussions with Lincoln Financial for naming rights to its stadium. Navigate’s primary mission was to use its proprietary valuation methodology to determine the fair market value for the sponsorship package, which included valuing potential new exterior and interior LED signage.


The Eagles and Lincoln Financial agreed to terms that increased the value of the naming rights by 76% and fell within 5% of Navigate’s valuation, with a critical piece of negotiation being the valuation of the potential new signage elements.
