Scope:

San Manuel hired Navigate to better understand the revenue potential of brand partnerships and how to best integrate partners at property. Navigate conducted primary research to create a ‘State of the Industry Report’, identified and provide a fair market valuation of sponsorship assets, various analysis to inform go-to market strategy, recommendations on how to structure the department.

Outcome:

San Manuel is currently structuring their sponsorship sales department in order to employ Navigate’s go-to-market strategy, including identification of high priority assets, major category prospecting and asset valuation & packaging recommendations.
