With the goal of growing attendance and engagement, Space Center Houston recognized the need to better understand the unique drivers, barriers, and motivators people have for visiting Space Center Houston.
Solution
To accomplish this, Navigate conducted a segmentation study among Houston residents and visitors that split them into various segments based on what uniquely motivates them to visit area attractions.
Results
The data and information that Space Center Houston received allowed them to understand not only their local Houston audience, but non-Houston visitors as well. Armed with this new knowledge, Space Center Houston can now use these segments in all aspects of future marketing plans, in brand messaging, and to help inform content strategy.
