Visa needed to accurately assess and communicate the value of rights activation that was being delivered to Visa issuers from global sponsorships of the IOC, FIFA, and the NFL. The purpose was to deepen issuer bank relationships and drive maximum use of Visa sponsorships to build business with issuing banks.
Navigate created a custom and dynamic valuation tool which is being used to reframe how Visa positions sponsorship and promotional opportunities to issuing banks
